When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP by July 14, 2026 so we can finalize arrangements with our vendors.
 

Can I bring my kids?

If they are included in your RSVP, they are more than welcome to come. However, if they are not listed on your RSVP, we kindly ask that you do not bring additional guests.

Does the venue have parking?

Yes, parking will be available at the venue for all guests.

Is there a dress code?

We kindly ask guests to dress in formal attire. For help please check attire tab.

Where is breakfast?

Hotel breakfast included with the stay. An Indian breakfast will also be served as well in the hotel conference room.
 

Where should I stay?

We recommend staying at the Embassy Suites listed on our Travel & Accommodations page for convenience and group rates.

Can I change my RSVP after submitting it?

Yes — please reach out to us as soon as possible through the contact form below if you need to make any changes.
