Getting There
The closest airport is Huntsville International Airport (HSV), located about 15 minutes from most hotels. You can also consider flying into Birmingham-Shuttlesworth International Airport (BHM), which is a 1.5-hour drive away, or Nashville International Airport (BNA), and then also a 1.5-hour drive to Huntsville, depending on traffic.
Hotel Accommodations
We have secured a room block for our guests at the Embassy Suites in downtown Huntsville. Enjoy local convenience and comfort with a free breakfast served every morning and a complimentary happy hour in the hotel lobby each evening. Additionally, an Indian breakfast will be provided for all our guests.
Venue
The venue is the Von Braun Center, which is connected to the Embassy Suites hotel. Most events will be held in the Saturn Ballroom. We look forward to celebrating with you in this centrally located and convenient space.
